Browne Craine climbs over 29,000 steps for charity
Two teams from Browne Craine & Co (“Browne Craine”) took part in the Barclays Step Challenge on Friday (18th March) to help raise money for two charities, Sports Relief and local charity Manx Cancer Help. Barclays is hoping to raise £10,000.

The Treasury Minister’s 2016 budget provided some benefit for local residents in times of financial constraints on the Government. Continuing the policy of protecting the vulnerable by ensuring those on a lower income have no tax to pay, Mr Teare has increased personal allowances by £1,000, reducing tax bills for many and taking a further 2,000 people out of the tax system.

My name is Kate Parrish and I am the Marketing Manager at Browne Craine & Co (“Browne Craine”), responsible for executing the firm’s overall marketing strategy. I pursued a career in marketing whilst I studied Public Relations at Leeds Metropolitan University between 2009 and 2012, and have enjoyed working in the industry ever since. I am currently the Chairman of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (“JCC”) which is a fantastic way to network and meet new people. I am also on the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s (“CIM”) Isle of Man committee.
